At Verto Lab, we are committed to providing transparent, reliable, and patient-friendly diagnostic services. We understand that situations may change, and therefore we have a clear refund and cancellation process in place.
Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests are generally accepted if they are made before sample collection or before the testing process has started. Once the sample has been collected and the testing process has begun, refunds are usually not possible because the service has already been initiated.
Eligible Cases for Refund
- Cancellation before sample collection
- Duplicate payment or transaction error
- Test not performed due to technical or operational issues
- Delay or inability to provide the requested service
- Incorrect amount charged due to billing error
Refunds Not Applicable
- Testing has started or report has been generated
- Incorrect details provided during booking
- Missed appointments or no-show cases
- Change of mind after sample collection
Refund Processing Time
For approved refunds, the amount is generally processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days. Cash payments may be refunded through bank transfer after verification.

For any refund or cancellation request, patients should contact Verto Lab with their booking details, payment proof, and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds may take up to 7 working days to process as per the current website policy.
